How to claim a re-clean
- WhatsApp us within 48 hours of the clean with a photo of the issue.
- We confirm a return slot — usually within 24–48 hours.
- The same team returns to re-clean the affected area free of charge.
- If you're still not satisfied, we refund the affected portion of the job.
